1. General
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.
2. Ordering
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via the online checkout. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement via email, detailing the products you have ordered.
When you place the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has not been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; or
- if there has been a pricing or product description error
3. Delivery
We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales of 7 days. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered.
4. Payment and Pricing
You can pay for your purchases online using PayPal, most major credit or debit cards.

5. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
